Our system is available in 5 to 7” and 7 to 9” versions. We designed this system to be stronger, smoother riding, better articulating, better hauling, better towing and better looking in every way! The truck shown has the 7 to 9” kit and is riding on 37” Nitto Terra Grapplers 20” x 9“ Weld Velocitys.

Our front suspension removes the front coil springs and its related bracketry. We replace them with our computer designed five link race truck inspired design. ¼” laser cut bracketry and chromoly links mean extreme strength and smooth suspension movement. We make our front track bar bracket out of extreme duty, 3/8” plate for “overkill” type strength in this critical area. This is the most heavy duty on the market! The ride is absolutely incredible! Shown also is our front sway bar drop system, which provides increased strength, with factory geometry characteristics. Adjustable chromoly links means extreme strength and the ability for the axle to be moved forward to allow for full turning radius. This means no contact at the rear of the wheelwells, something common with most other lifts and larger tires. Add our adjustable front bumper spacer kit and obtain full turning radius, even when lowering the truck back to stock suspension height.

The rear suspension replaces the inefficient leaf springs with smooth riding Firestone air springs. Five links, including a zero-angle track bar (sometimes called a Panhard Bar) round out the rear suspension. Again, we use ¼” steel plate, laser cut for precision, computer bent and MIG/TIG welding gives high strength and superior quality control. Fully adjustable links give versatility in axle location and pinion angle. Common “rear axle hop” is all but eliminated.
